Sunland announces the launch of ICARE for 2012. ICARE is an incentive based employee program that will be rolled out for each Sunland facility. ICARE is designed to improve individual moral, team building through organizational performance goals and enhance customer care. Each month, ICARE will recognize an individual associate who exceeds in service. At the end of FY 2012, an annual incentive will be presented to the ICARE Associate of the Year.
